The Mike Hall Jr. Children Shelter takes in children the streets have already given up on — orphaned, abandoned, and in some cases turned away by their own families and communities, blamed for things no child should be blamed for. We take them in anyway.

Foundation for the Marooned has been doing this work since 2007. What started as one person's obedience has become a home for dozens of children who had nowhere else to go.
